Return Policy
Bride in Bloom is committed to providing you the best
customer service possible. My goal is to make your transactions easy and
that you are completely satisfied with your purchases.
Nothing is mass produced and each order is custom made by myself for you
with great care and attention to detail. I am committed to fulfilling your
floral design needs ensuring you receive exactly what you have envisioned
for your wedding day. I work closely with you during the design stage and
keep you updated during production. You give final approval of your custom
order prior to making your final payment and shipping to confirm your order.
Ordering your flowers 8 to 10 weeks prior to your wedding date is highly
recommended. When contacting me please include the following information so
that I may have a clear understanding of your design needs. Floral design
style, sizes, quantity, wedding colors, flower type and color, budget and
wedding date.
Once we have finalized the details of your
wedding package I will create a Estimate and Custom Listing for
your review. If you find any errors or wish to make any changes
please contact me before you purchase your listing so that I can
adjust it accordingly.
I do require a 50% deposit on all custom orders
which is due once your order is placed and the balance due upon
completion prior to shipping or pick up. All payments
online are due via pay pal.
If for some reason you
are not completely delighted with your purchase once
it arrives please contact me so we can rectify any
issues. If the items need to be returned for
adjustment please contact me immediately upon
receipt. No return authorization will be
issued for items once the wedding date has passed.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Silk floral returns must be returned within 3
business days. All returns must be pre-authorized,
unused and in original packaging. All items are
insured therefore items that are damaged or lost in
route will be replaced or credit applied. Custom or
specialty orders are non-returnable because colors
and styles change too quickly to offer to another
customer.
